PEM® type PF11 / PF12 family of panel fasteners provides design flexibility by offering three styles of installation types, each having the same profile or look above the sheet or panel into which it is installed. The various mounting types include self-clinching, flare-mounted, and floating styles. The standard selection of knobs include knurled or smooth metal caps and plastic PEM® C.A.P.S®.

Low Profile Knob, Spring-Loaded – Types PF30, PF31, PF32, PF50, PF60
The low-profile design satisfies many functional and cosmetic requirements. Types PF30, PF31, and PF32 have a convenient, large slotted head for tool or finger operation. As well as type PF50, with a convenient large head and a Phillips recess for tool or finger operation.
Screw Head, Spring-Loaded - Types PFC2, PFS2
Types PFC2 and PFS2 are available in both steel or stainless steel for tool or finger operation. Most sizes are available in three screw lengths.
Screw Head, Spring-Loaded, Compact - Types PF7M, PF7MF
Types PF7M and PF7MF provide a small, compact and low-profile design for limited access areas. Available in two mounting styles, self-clinching (Type PF7M) or flaring (Type PF7MF).
Screw Head, No Spring - Type PFHV
Type PFHV is a low cost, small, compact and low profile design for limited access areas. Universal slot / Phillips recess standard with two screw lengths available.
Tool Only, Spring-Loaded - Types PFC2P, PFC4
Type PFC2P has a fully concealed-head for tool only access. It is UL approved and available in assorted screw lengths. Type PFC4 installs into stainless steel sheets HRB 88 or less. Also has a fully concealed-head for tool only access. Available in assorted screw lengths.
Tool Only, Flush Mounted, No Spring - Types N10, PR10, PS10
The screw head for type PS10 is flush in sheets as thin as .125" / 3.2mm and remains captive in retainer when disengaged. Type PR10 retainer is for use in sheets of HRB 70 or less and type N10 nuts are for use in sheets of HRB 80 or less. UL approved.
Tool Only, Spinning Clinch Bolt, No Spring - Types SCB, SCBJ
Types SCB and SCBJ spinning clinch bolts permanently captivate into sheets as thin as .040" / 1.02 mm and greater. A low cost solution to replace loose hardware, available with jacking or axial float features. Appropriate for close centerline-to-edge applications.
Tool Only, Spinning Clinch Bolt, With Spring - Types SCBR™
Type SCBR spinning clinch bolt installs by simply pressing it into a properly sized hole. The controlled clinching action permanently captivates the screw and spring in the panel and allows the screw to spin freely in the sheet.
Heat Sink Mounting System - Types HSCB™, HSR™, HSL™
The HSCB™ engineered mounting system provides secure attachment of a heat sink to the circuit board while providing firm contact to the chip component allowing optimum heat dissipation. The three piece fastener system, sold separately, includes the screw, spring, and receptacle nut.
For Installing into Stainless - Type PFC4, PF11MF, PF12MF, PF11MW, PF12MW
Installs into stainless steel sheets HRB 88 or less. Also has a fully concealed-head for tool only access. UL approved and available in assorted screw lengths.
Locating Pin, Spring-Loaded - Types PSL2, PTL2
Types PSL2 and PTL2 are for use in sheets of HRB 80 or less. Quick lockout feature of the PTL2 holds plunger in retracted position and reverse side of sheet is flush when plunger is fully retracted.

PEM type PFK fasteners are for use in PC boards and sheets of HRB 70 or less.
