PEM® VariMount® bonding fasteners are assemblies comprised of standard PEM fasteners mounted permanently into base plates. The assembly can then be fastened or bonded to assorted panel types in a variety of ways:

VariMount® assemblies are available with either steel or stainless steel base plates depending on the fastener that is selected. The VariMount base plate’s radial holes provide various mounting options.

- Internally threaded nut mounted in base plate.
- Available with unified or metric threads.
- Steel or stainless steel assembly available.
PEM® VariMount® Bonding Assemblies – BLIND NUTS
- Blind nut mounted in base plate.
- Internally threaded with closed end to protect threads.
- Available with unified or metric threads.
PEM® VariMount® Bonding Assemblies – STANDOFFS
- Internally threaded standoff mounted in base plate.
- Threads at barrel end for minimizing length of screw required.
- Available with unified or metric threads.
PEM® VariMount® Bonding Assemblies – STUDS
- Externally threaded stud mounted in base plate.
- No weld head on base plate.
- Available with unified or metric threads.
- Steel or stainless steel assemblies available.
PEM® VariMount® Bonding Assemblies – BASE PLATE
- 30 mm diameter.
- Radial holes allow for standard size rivets or clinch nut installation.
- Counter hole accepts a variety of self-clinching fasteners.
- Available in steel or stainless steel.
