Currently the European Chemicals Agency identifies 173 SVHC’s (Substance of Very High Concern) as potentially harmful. In accordance with Article 33 in the REACH regulation, it is PennEngineering’s duty to disclose the presence of SVHC’s in excess of 0.1% of article weight.
